MC019 eBay Listing Removed - Help Please
 

Hi all,

Just a few quick questions, I have searched already but couldn't find a specific answer

I have just received a MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Breach - Unauthorised Item (778019535)
for one of my listings, it was a BIN now listing with multiple quantities.

Just before the listing was removed a buyer had purchased and paid for an item via PayPal, however, now the listing has gone I still have their money but now way of marking it as 'Dispatched' as I cannot see the transaction any more.

Should I just refund the money now, or should I post the item and message them to say it has been dispatched?

Also when you have a Vero removal, does eBay send a message to all previous buyers of the item regarding it?

1. Communicate with your buyer and be clear about the situation - then decide on sending it out.

2. eBay will send a message to the buyers of the LISTINGS affected...not all items, just the listings that were taken down.
