Has any one had a warning letter from fact ???

nope....never....

I would do some research on the letter like check the address etc. Might not be a legit letter then again it might be. Have you been selling something that could warrant them sending you a letter? Not implying your selling illegal items but someone could think you are and reported you?

I've had a few letters from miffed brands/manufacturers over the years demanding the odd £1000.00 here and there. Nothing from FACT though.

Are they accusing you of something or just requiring a response from you?

Of course, letters have been sent out to ebayers importing phakes.

That's the job of the organization.

Be careful of how you deal with them.

A few letters to the same address could mean you are under the inspection glass - seriously rethink what you are bringing in...have proof if authentic
