Competitor Avoiding Vero
 

Long story short, I have a competitor who's been literally immune to Vero take downs. Every week, my listings(as well as many others') will be taken down but this particular competitor's listings would still be standing strong week after week.

I just wanna know if this is a common occurrence? Does eBay favor certain sellers over others?

Oh, I should mention that the items we are selling are digital items(bad idea, I know :S) and they pretty much break every rule in the book.

:doh: digital items.....Don't worry about the seller that's still standing. Worry about your own skin, maybe move into a physical item.

You have no idea if the ban hammer will strike this seller.

You are responsible for your own account and selling items that will not hurt your account.

Find them and sell well.

Call EB and ask them. They will guide you step by step on how to sell your ill/eg/al items successfully in the future.

They could be the rights holders.

If your items keep getting taken down, stop listing them....

Hah jokes aside - OP: you must do research and experimentation in order to succeed with your listings - if you can't do it....let the item go - you aren't ready to be selling this.
