how many policy breaches before you get suspended
 

Hi , I have various policy breaches on my account including two MC10 copyright violation and one trademark violation and my policy compliance is considered very low, i have 3 accounts connected to one Paypal account, i recently left my job to work full time on my online project but i fear another strike and i will get suspended!
I see the policy breaches have a date when they come off beside them are these completely deleted or are these always going to be their and one more strike and i am gone or...??

I also made another account and started using my partners account, i thought i could maybe switch these items to that are getting me in bother to these accounts then wait for them violations to clear then switch back to original account and so on.. does this work or is this just wasting my time?

Also i fear that if i get my account suspended my mum and dads and girlfriends accounts will all get suspended as we have all had items delivered to each other address in the past.

You are knocking at the door of suspension.

Time to regroup. Find a 'safe' item to sell. Or risk loss of your account(s).

These strikes do drop off BUT ebay will look at them later. That may cause you issues in 12 months or so.

Your business is in danger.

As you have stated, your accounts are all on a thin line. You need to make backup stealths and revamp your operations to avoid repeat mistakes.

I've learned Trademark violations are worse than copyright violations. Copyright violations are very easy to avoid, just don't use stock pictures. I haven't gotten one of those since I stopped using stock pictures from the manufacturers website. Trademark violation is vero submitting a take down request because they think what your selling is ⊗⊗⊗⊗, these are impossible to avoid if in fact you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗; and unless you like headaches stay away from this tempting business model.

Time to take a deep breath and re-evaluate your operation.

You have had compliance issues already so further similar behavior will most likely get you suspended.

Clear up these issues first.

Going forward, open some new stealth accts as a back-up to your selling right now.

Word of advice go with a 1:1 ratio EB/PP.

Right now you have 3EB:1PP, not good.

Yeah al have to do things by the book,as just bought over £6k in stock for new online business and don't want to lose my only source of income over a few hazy items!

Shame cause it was easy money too!!


How does stealth ebay work ? I am a noob to this , i see their is a guy selling ebay accounts and paypal accounts, as i don't think i will be able to get another paypal account this would interest me if i were to get suspended, but how would i link this to my bank and how would ebay not catch on when things i purchase get delivered to my address?
