Anyone else experiencing a Rash of Mc999's today? Trademark Violation - Unauthorized
 

I have received like 4-5 of them on various accounts. And for the craziest of reasons. Some of them do not even make sense.. One because germany and europe are not blocked..so i suspect it'd european removal of some sort.

And then various other reasons. No direct Vero take downs as it lists the rights owner. Just very vague take downs, ranging from new accounts to years old Top rated plus accounts.

It's weird. Items are not high high vero items, and honestly never had the vero owner ever take down the product in 3 years. So it's not happening because of them.I am not sure what's going on.

Additionally... not for the same product. I believe 3-4 different types of product brands. ALthough in the same "category"

I had a vero owner that hit across many accts for like 20 flags in a couple of days!!

They went back on some accts 4 months to find that I sold that item to leave a flag!!

That item had never been flagged (MC999) for years of selling it!

This was having only one or two as live listings! WOW

I don't even mention the item name to even my dog now.

I just move the product to a new account, it's annoying when you have.


a pack of 10 gadgets for sale on a top rated plus 100% feedback seller and it gets mc999'd as trademark violation - unauthorized.

and then you have it listed on 9 other ebay accounts and none of them get pulled.

I've had it the same way where the regular account gets pulled but the top rated plus sellers stays. I don't begin to understand why some get removed and some don't... like the one i mentioned above was because of europe/germany shipping since they have to have specific requirements. But i have other accounts with "worldwide" selected and no mc999

Makes me wonder if it's manual, or automaic. It sure as hell isn't vero member because their email or name is not given

I'm thinking these rash of mc999's are automatic.

Keep in mind that today is the 20th of the month. This is the time when ebay does alot of its 'calculations' for DSR's. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a day their system also goes and hands out mc999's more than they normally do on any other day.

I can't speak about all sections of ebay but when there are allot of rats ratting you out in some catagories that's a factor too. I know how it's done but...

I waste time on making money not on getting others pulled.
