As you can see from my last post, I too do some credit repair for people and have been quite good at it. I had someone with 30 negatives on their report and we were able to get them down to 5 in about 6 months. I didnt charge them a dime and loved the learning stages of credit repair and reporting.
I do it almost everyday now. Thinking of starting my own website not only to help others with their credit but help US learn the laws so we can fight them back.
Ebay will call you and try to scare you, but I have yet known any one who has had ebay on their credit report.
I think if it came down to it and they did show up that you could sue the snot right out of them because it is simply not right to cancel your auctions without any notice or reason, then charge you for those auctions. Be willing to bet you could get a quick judgement on them as they are not going to send an attorney to a 1k fight.

Look people if you are stupid and they find out that its acutaly you by some dum way like using old accounts with same info and then u have alot of money to owe of course theyll get you there. But if your smart and use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ accounts its impossible. I know this. Check your credit report from annual credit report. Youll know from there. They can only get u by your ss number

I have found mistakes on every single credit report I have looked at.
Everyone needs to pull their free credit report and have a look.
1200k in one week is awesome.

I know someone who went from 350 to 700 real quick too.
I helped them get the baddies off and get them new lines to boost the score.
They went from renting a dump to building a 300k house.

How long did it take you to improve your credit score, Chris? And how did you get into the credit restoration business?

Well my buddy started working at the headquarters in NJ. Depending on how bad your credit is determines how long it will take to fix. I have did about 2 cycles so far(2 months of disputing ). But my credit has improved within the last 2 months by far....
I will probably do about another 2 months of credit repair

Most, not all credit repair companies are scams with promises that dont work out. I have links to horrors stories of the credit repair companies who rip people off and DO NOT COME through for you.
You can do it yourself, all of it.

Most people dont have the time and or knowledge to do it. Its just like people can go and find the same product your selling on Ebay from the supplier. but who wants to do that?? Thats why we pay you to do all the footwork and supply me with the product that I will pay extra for for.
And we have a 110% money back satisfaction. Most credit repair is scams but the company I represent is Credit restoration.
We fight to get misleading, errors, unverifiable, outdated and misleading items removed from a persons credit.
And I must say they are very good at doing so. I tired on my own a few years back but I didn't do no where near what the company has done for me. Plus it was very very time consuming for me and keeping track of all the files and paperwork was a hassle when i did it on my own

Plus it was very very time consuming for me and keeping track of all the files and paperwork was a hassle when i did it on my own | its not that bad keeping track with whats and whats not in credit repair. I personally I had 3 folders from each agency and each folder had a letter to the person who is trying to collect. I would green card these people through USPS indicating they recieved the letters I sent collections and if they dont do nothing I write another letter to the burea with my copy of the green letter indicating the collection is a fraud for not responding back. Long story short the burea will delete it and if it comes back you show the 2nd letter to them and tell them you have an intent to sue the bureau for reporting wrong info. then they delete forever.... | |

Also you can get it deleted but it will pop back up on your credit report 2 months later. We keep it off for good.
With the company you are working with limited power of attorneys ..
I'm not trying to really suck anyone or advertise. I'm just letting you know credit is no joke.....I love helping other people get there credit game up! it's a good feeling! And oh, but you didn't know they are phazing out the Fico credit scaore next year. And the cerdit range will be from like 550 too 900 or something link that. So basically there is no 550 and under . So if you think you got good credit now, wait until next year. Alot of people are going to be shocked due to lack of knowledge.
[b] If you noticed you may have been getting denied alot lately, thats because they have been switching over a little bit all ready and some banks and creditors is already using it to get more interest out of you. Stuff is serious mayne, better be on your toes before next year!!.[
The new system is called Vantage!/b]

Ebay seems to have placed something in my file on an old suspended account. This was from the good ol days when I had no clue how things worked and this forum was just a twinkle in Aspkin's eye. Thanks to this, I may have a problem opening up new bank accounts and who knows what else.
Does anyone have any experience with Chex Systems? How they work, what kinds of charges they handle, etc. I've had no direct experience with them. Also, should I contact them directly to find out the problem, or is that playing into their hands?
I really don't know the best way to handle this problem, so any experienced advice is appreciated!

Well in a nut shell, chex systems pretty much put u in the data base for all domestic banks as a bad apple, and when you try to open a bank account they will tell you no because u have a debt with another bank. But the good news is all u have to do is pay the bank off you owe the money to and they take you right off.

That's strange. I've had no problems with this in the past and the incident you're speaking of had to have taken place some time ago. I've had several accounts opened since then with no problems whatsoever. Does each account you open get entered into a list and once you pass a certain number, you're blacklisted and any past debts become due?
Is there something that triggers this (address, name, SS#, etc.), and is there a workaround?

Chex systems can cause you allot of banking problems, however they usually do not show up on your report.
All banks have access to chex systems and if you owe someone from a check they usually will not allow you to open a check account until the check has been taken care of.
If you wrote a check or paid via check draft to ebay as I am assuming your saying then yes, it will show up in the system and IC may be reporting it.
There are free annual credit reports you can keep an eye on and also a daily credit monitoring service to pul every day so you can watch for changes on your credit report.
PM me and I can let you know how to check your credit and monitor it.
In most cases chex system reports you to Lexis Nexus, a use data company who seems to even know when we all go to the bathroom, ebay purchases info from Lexis and sells them info as well. ( *****) So then everyone who pulls your credit or info from Lexis can see the Chex info.
It can be handled by paying who you wrote a check to and or calling Chex systems to see how to pay it. Only thing is if is is ebay and they sent it to IC then you are verifying it was yours and the rats may report it for 7 years on your report.
I will be glad to help if I can.. PM me.
