 buyer lodge item not received dispute, while item was delayed by custom...
hi, i have quite a few cases especailly with Italy buyers. Items sent next day, tracking show left via cargo airplane to Italy and then nothing for the next 2 weeks, or more....
buyer would dispute, paypal ask for tracking, which i added, then found money went back to buyers account. i don't think paypal has every tracked, it is automated. they don't care about us sellers.
then we appeal it, which was put "under review" again. this would give us about 2 weeks time i think.
sometime items are scanned and delivered within this period and we got our money back, but what if this two weeks passed and the item is still with Italy Custom. the tracking will not show as arrived, unless they are scanned.
We have sent to many countries, legitimate items, no ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or copyright items, but Italy Custom is my nightmare.
Anybody can help.
