PayPayl Claim & Dropshipment from China
Hi,
I want your thoughts on this case, I have these 2 transaction made the same day from the same seller. One package was sent from CHINA with tracking number and one was sent from here without tracking number. She has filed a dispute on the ammount referring to the package sent from me which doesnt have any tracking number.
As far as right now, I am hoping that she receives it before the 28th because then the dispute will close and it will be taken care of by PayPal (which I wouldnt prefer) The thing is, Payments were made on september 10th, making 45 days October 26th..
I am thinking of adding that tracking number (from china) to the complaint she has right now filed on the transaction of the package sent from here. She wont be able to file a complaint on the other item if I add the tracking number to this case since it will be over 45 days. Im not sure if it will work but what are you thoughts ? Also, what about adding a tracking number that doesnt come from your country, will PayPal go hard as I think they have been, I know a lot of people dropship, but what about this case ?
