Hi, A buyer of mine just recently opened a claim againist me about a xbox360 I sold him

first he didn't get it....now he saying that the xbox360 does not cut on

the case is being reviewed by paypal is there anyway I can win this dispute cause I don't wanna lose money to a scammer......Thanks
