i'm having various problems with my ebay account, i sold some brand items (100% perfect account, never sold any fakes). now i suppose with the lvmh lawsuit this is what's happening to everyone but to day i received a letter from trust & safety, telling me my account will remain closed - as opposed to suspended which was what the initial suspension mail said (it just said suspension because of ebay abuse, didn't even mention trust & safety). does anyone know how that difference phrasing does translate in ebay's world? |

too bad. the worst thing is that they have probably done it based on 2 paypal claims i have/had for the last few sales, both from buyers who immediately failed a claim after receiving ebay's note that my aco**** was suspended! both were buyers who didn't understand that international shipping takes much longer.. one case closed immediately as the package arrived the day after the claim was opened and one is still pending, i assume the package will arrive this week. from what i understand once you get that treatment you're on the black list? |

yeh basicaly, if paypal/ebay have you for absolutely anything. it's quite tough to get off it then. Especially with counterfiet, fake goods etc etc. They wont let you back. |
