Ok there is a lot of misinformation about cell phones being used for stealth accounts.
1. Only use cell phones as a hot spot for your PC etc, as an internet source.
2. Do not use a cell phone with eBay or PayPal apps for multiple accounts, if one account is burnt, do not use that cell pone again with an eBay app to open another account, changing sim cards will not solve the issue that your phone is being linked to other accounts that have been suspended.
I still advocate using a mobile hot spot over any other method used on here and can be used for multiple accounts at no extra cost about your regular cell phone bill.
