Paypal transfer to alertpay

Hey I was wondering what would be the best ways to transfer money from my paypal balance to alertpay without using any bank info to withdrawl or anything. I've heard suggestions but not any specifics or trusted sources.

You were able to do this when paypal had the plug in then you would use that to alertpay other then that i am unaware of any of methods.
