can ebay/paypal see MAC addresses?

I've been thinking about checking out SMAC for spoofing. Would it be beneficial? Right now I just change my IP address by changing the MAC on my router. Is that good enough or should I use SMAC. Any advice is appreciated.

Essentially no, it only identifies your computer to your ISP/DHCP server after that the machine access control or "MAC" address gives way to the internet protocol ID and thus anything past your first point of contact NEEDS the IP to identify you.
