On a PP stealth account, Ive had two transactions where paypal say the charges were
not authorized and they advised me not to ship. Which I did not. I responded to the cases and told paypal I did not ship and to refund the buyers money. This happened two times in a week for ipad sales. Are these going to raise some flags?
Pocketed about 500$ cash from the ipad sales but im returning the last 3 because I have too much other legit things to sell and dont want to be screwed.

theres a high rate of fraud with those ipads just be lucky paypal caught it before you shipped them off
yep. wasnt going to ship to one of them because the ebay and paypal info didnt match and to boot he was a new user...so I refunded his money. He decides to buy another one from me LOL and thats when paypal said the charge was not authorized.
thats 80$ in ebay fees.......im going to try and collect in a week. Hopefully he'll be banned by then and cant screw me with canceling the transaction.
but yes I have found these ipads alot of headaces. alot of fraud and non payments.
In any case, with PP requiring more ID processing this is NOT a positive development. In the end this new policy could end up being a huge roadblock to future stealth players. I think its only a matter of time (few weeks?) before it really gets the boards attention.
