Previous to register (Paypal & Ebay) all info ready.

I have everything ready to open my new Ebay and Paypal accounts but I have a questions before this.
I was using my laptop with my old suspended and my friend’s all working Ebay and Paypal accounts. I pretend NOT TO USE any of those accounts anymore on my laptop. I recently found the EBAY FLASH COOKIE so do I have to delete it? Or just leave it there.
Also I just installed FIREFOX browser that I will be using for all this.
Also what about WINDOWS OUTLOOK I it was used to check all my email together including my friend’s and my old suspended accounts?

If you're ready to start a new eBay account, delete all browser and flash cookies. Change IP address; use Firefox, even ccleaner works well for cookies. And start working on a new account. Use Gmail or Yahoo with disabled images for your email. It's safer. If you're going to setup multiple eBay accounts, setup a new computer 'user account' per eBay account.
