PP says add a different bank
"This account you've entered needs an additional review before we can proceed. please add a different account. if you'd still like to use this bank account, please contact customer service."
Used a netspend. Waited 2 days and it said waiting for confirmation. Today, went to Link and Confirm Your Account and it allowed me to enter the bank numbers and returned this message.
Because it was Netspend, I did enter the same name as a perm closed acct, but a different IP, different location. The bank from the perm closed acct was netspend.
I wanted to see if I could still use Netspend.
question: it says "add another bank" - as if the bank is the issue. so obviously, because its flagged, adding any other bank would just be dumb, yes?
