I read the stealth guide and am working on all the steps to get a new PP account. Going to get a vanilla gift card today to make purchases. What will I put as the Billing address when I check out? Can I just register that all online after I buy the card?

The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

I'm pretty sure vanilla has gift cards and prepaid credit cards. I used the prepaid credit card, went to the website and put in the zip code of the address I was using. Worked like a charm

I do not know about Vanilla Visa Gift Cards. I do know that Vanilla Visa Prepaid Cards work. After you purchase the card at a retailer, you will want to go home and go online to onevanilla.com. It will ask you for your card number, exp date, sec code on back. Enter all that in, then to the right side you'll see a spot to enter a zip code. Use the same zip code that matches you stealth account <--- don't forget that part! When paypal uses that card to verify your address, the only thing they are truly verifying is your that your card zip code matches your stealth paypal zip code.
When I first did this, it was hard for me to wrap my head around until I actually bought the card and went online. So give it a whirl!

In fact, I think I accidentally got a gift card before and it worked just fine. But when I go to get VV cards now, I only get Prepaid cards. On another note, there are Vanilla Visa and Vanilla Mastercard Prepaid cards. Both Visa and MC Prepaid has worked for me.

I just got one Green Dot Reloadable and one Balance Financial Walgreens card.
Both are prepaid cards. GD is visa and Walgreen one is master card. I know there is a huge chance neither will work. I wanted to give it a go. In my local store i could not find one vanilla. Found Vanilla Visa gift card, was not sure about it due to it being a gift card so did not get it.
:( just found out Balance Financial requires SSN. Will need to refund it :(

I checked all over the place typing mastercard the perfect card 3 pack, 15 dollars, something along the lines and couldn't find which retailer carries it. Great deal btw. 4.95 to activate 3 accts vs 3.95 to activate 1 acct with the 25 dollar vanilla visa. 1.65 per acct. if its 4.95 to activate the 4 pack then it's 1.23 to activate, assuming that's true. That's a deal! lol. Thanks.

Here is a phone number you might be able to call to see if they offer them in your area.
866-952-5663
After you select language, the system will ask you to enter card number, after it ask...if you enter 0# a few times it will transfer you over to a live rep.
