If your not located in Australia then i don't suggest this.
Ebay Australia is implementing a Money back Guarantee for Buyers from November 1st 2014. It is very complication and if a buyer opens a case. you need to prove signature from buyer and also ebay Buyers can open a dispute/chargeback if you misrepresented the item location.
Therefore if you use an Australian account Saying you are from Australia and ship items from Overseas then You would get hammered with misrepresentation of item location. You are better off to just open an account in whatever country you are in and click on sell internationally.
