Is a PP with Ebay better than PP only?

Hey guys,
is a paypal with a ebay better than a normal paypal?
What if you want to sell e.g. music, would it even make sense with an ebay account? (as most of the sales wouldnt even take place via ebay then)
But would the account itself be more solid having an ebay , although unusued, to it?
