It should be find, but not 100% sure about UK. Ebay logs your ip when you register so as long as all the other stuff are still separate (paypal acct for instance), just simply logging in and buying should not have any effect. But you should always have some back up accounts.
TBH, ebay logs EVERYTHING. That is why accounts get suspended. There are bots that look at everything. It is on a sliding scale of sorts. Minor differences may go thro' then something may TRIGGER a full inspection and bam, suspended account. What you have to do from now on is keep a log of everything you do. When you go to your computer, you have to say what am I doing? OK, using my buyer account. Get out your log & sign in only after you are sure which IP is needed. You must be aware of this. Stops a lot of worry.

Being ebay there is no 100% guarantee what they will do. Provided an account stays under the radar, there is usually not a problem. That said, with the holiday season coming, ebay in the USA or UK is cruel and paypal is worse. Be aware that holds on money can be worse than usual.Just be prepared as I said.

No. Sit for a while: leave well alone. You go back to the seller's account so quickly & make a change, then the account goes up a notch on that sliding scale.

First you should always have some spare ebay selling accounts in reserve, because some day no matter what, somehow your selling account will get banned. You should be OK though, as they seem to pay special attention when listing things for sale or logging in with a foreign ip address.
