My account has been out under review since Feb 20, 2015. Till now I haven't received any email from Amazon saying that the review has been completed. However, when I checked my account balance I noticed that "The rolling reserve" was gone, Amazon didn't hold any funds in my balance.
So have I passed the review yet?

Just wanted to add, the same happened to me after being in review for a month. No email or notification - just no longer had a rolling reserve.

I'm on PRO ever since I started business on Amazon. A bit surprise to know that quite a lot people experienced the same situation. I hope the review has been gone for good.
