Re: Amazon inactivated my item and others are selling
I understand your anger. I have been there. eBay suspended a hot selling item that I had basically created, yet dozens of other sellers were able to keep listing it.
The fact is, there is nothing you can do. You can give Amazon a list of those sellers and NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN. Except that you will be even MORE frustrated.
Look closely at YOUR item description and THEIR item description. Note any differences. Could there be some wording in your listing which would single your item out? If so, change that wording before listing on a different account.
It COULD BE that nothing is different. Maybe they just have not gotten to the others yet. Maybe someone at Amazon hates you. I have no idea why Amazon and eBay tend to pick out a few sellers of particular items and shut their listings down when there are dozens, or even hundreds, of the same item for sale by other sellers.
If you try to re-list that item on Amazon without their permission, you will most likely be permanently banned from selling on Amazon. Is it fair? Of course not. But it is reality.
I wouldn't waste my time worrying about the other sellers, or why Amazon is still allowing them to sell, EXCEPT for trying to figure out if there is something different in your listing that is leading them to target you. Other than that, I would concentrate my efforts at creating new accounts to sell on.
You are in business. Business is about profit. Revenge and reporting others will not put any money in your pockets. It is a waste of time and effort. Getting back to selling WILL put money in your pocket. That is the bottom line.
