Limited account - 180 days withdraw?

Hi

I would like to know if it's possible to request a check for withdraw the remanining balance after an account is limited for more than 180 days.

I do not live or have an account at a US bank, however i am able to deposit the check on my local bank account.

Hi, Its not possible. Paypal doesnt allow a check after the account is limited

If you are not a permanent resident you can explain to PP that your visa is expired and you can't return to USA. So the bank account you use in first place is no longer in use. Explain to them something like that, be creative there is sways a way to get what you want. Give us an update when you have some answer from PP. Wish you luck!
