Your dollar amount seems to be sitting at $1600 so you're nowhere near close to the limitation threshold on that metric. How many sales have you processed? You can process right under 200 sales per year without being tax limited.

This is correct. However, they might limit you early if Paypal see's you're going to get close to that amount. I just had one limited at 135 orders, but I sometimes do 12 orders or more a day on that account. Tax Id numbers are free though, and that's really all it takes to get the account reinstated.

Tax ID free ? But won't PayPal look into to see if you really are related to that Tax ID or EIN number ??
