Relisting items from banned account on family stealth account

Hello everyone, couple of questions I need help with please.

Context, my legit account was banned for poor seller performance, the products I sell are non Vero, authentic and low risk.

1. If I list the items I sold on my legit banned ebay account on a stealth family name account, will this put up a red flag?
   
2. PP have asked for DoB proof by way of photo ID for my new family name stealth account after I missed their 'please add missing account info' deadline. Is this routine or does it signify suspicion/linking to old account?
   
3. On account longevity. People on here talk about burning through multiple accounts in a short period, and accounts lasting a few years at best. If I'm selling non-libelous products on a family name account, and maintain good seller performance why wouldn't it last indefintely?

1 - Should be fine

2 - Routine now days if the account is made without the DOB added in at registration

3 - I have had an account running 5 years now. So long as you go slow and steady they can last a long as any other account.
