Funds Frozen

I have funds frozen in a legit account. It is passed 180 days and PayPal didn’t release them. I have emailed them 5-6 times and no reply.

I Called and was on wait for 2+ hours so hung up. How do I get the idiots to respond or release?

Amount is only Aprox $500

Don't think they operate at 5am. Check their operating hours and be sure to call as soon as they are available.
