I'm currently using Multilogin to manage many of my accounts. I like it because it has comprehensive separation of profiles, and generates a unique browser canvas to thwart fingerprinting. The best part is I can have several windows open at the same time, each one logged into different accounts, IP's, etc. MLA also has native support for proxies (http/socks)
The only problem is MLA is rather expensive for most people, especially if you pay on a monthly plan. They no longer offer the free 10 profile plan. Consider MLA an option only if you have a serious business and can justify the cost. For me, it's just another tax write off.

I agree with Nick, if you have a several strong selling accounts it may be worth it.

Virtual box is free and with combination of a solid VPN, there really is no need to use other programs/apps
The issue with using any kind of app is if they detect some kind of linking criteria, all stores using it will go down and it will be a massive ban wave
I personally avoid any kind of service/app that makes things easier as they are usually flooded with people, making them less unique than they appear
Virtual box + VPN takes 5-10 minutes to make and its free, I have yet to see a better/safer alternative

Just looked at the multilogin website and it says "Fresh browser fingerprints every minute"
Does this mean it automatically changes fingerprints or i have the option to change every minute? Auto change can't be good. Looks a useful software if its not auto change

Definitely dont need a new PC, would recommend using VMware, it makes managing multiple accounts very easy, think of it like firefox except each tab is a new computer. So for example you can have five tabs open meaning you have 5 different computers running at the same time and if you combine that with a V P N you can literally have 5 different ip addresses running at the same time. So it makes multi-tasking between accounts extremely convenient and easy

I myself just use multiple user accounts.
Never had an issue doing things that way. Surprised no one mentioned that yet.

I don't know why, MLA seems very good

I don't know why, MLA seems very good | If eBay suspended the account, it's very unlikely a problem with MLA, but might be your IP or account creation process.
Make absolutely you are following the stealth guide and proper seasoning your accounts before you start selling.

What supplier are you using for Residential IP's?

I am using MLA as well. Been using Antidetect 7.5 as well (too complicated for me) From what I can say: it's extremely difficult to find good socks proxies for it. At least proxies that do not rotate during the session.
Based on my personal experience I can not make use of:
Luminati (rotating residential IPs during the session and their datacenter proxies leak the super sock via web rtc)
Geosurf
anonymous-proxies (missmatching DNS)
What I will try next is: Airsocks (quite expensive)
Another option is a VM but as I am not a tech savvy person and doin the complete VM thing is not for me. At least not in a way like in the vid I found:

Multilogin doesn't change browser fingerprints every minute . what they mean by that is you will have new browser fingerprints every minute for new profile created not the one you already created
also there is something you need to know about it . Multilogin Fingerprints is not Natural . many AFS actually can detect a noise has been added to this fingerprint . browserleaks easily can detect that .
having 100% Uniqueness is a bad idea by many AFS including PayPal . imagine this
PayPal have almost 1 billion Browser/Devices Fingerprint they gather from all users around the world and here you are coming to them with 100% Uniqueness device
The only Software that manage to get Natural fingerprint including smartphone profiles is Antidetect 8
