I'm happy to report that my account was reinstated 120 days after the initial suspension and approximately 50 days after I began working with Josh. Well, Josh had an appeal back to me within 24 hours for Violating Amazon's Pricing guidelines. Basically, we accidentally price gouged because of our repricer and got banned.

Josh was really professional and his appeal got us UNBANNED on the first try.

Thanks again and will be using Josh again if anything goes wrong in the future.
