I got suspended for multiple accounts and wasn’t able to get anywhere on my own. Josh helped me get all my money back that amazon was holding when I didn’t think I would. Thank you!!

UPDATE: i was reinstated today!!! what i did was just resent the last POA josh sent and in a few minutes i received a message that i was reinstated, thank you sooooo much for your patience!!! you're an angel! Also 40K fund has been released!

Hi,

I am interested in reinstate my account, was suspended about 4 months ago and tried to appeal a couple of times without any success. I tried a paid service but not luck yet. (they want me to get an authorization letter from any supplier, which I dont have and I dont know how to get it ) Mi initial suspension stated:

To reactivate your selling account, please address the following concern(s):

1.You have listed items that you are not approved to sell. There are pre-approval requirements for the branded items you are listing.
( 3 ASINs )

2.You are offering items that may be inauthentic. A list of these items is provided below:
( 3 ASINs )

It was a pretty young account and I wanted to dropship on Amazon..

Do you guys have a way to handle this suspension ?

Thank you very much for the work Josh and amazing service. Really 100% result - my account was suspended with 4000$ . Just with one appeal was reinstated account and back all money on Payoneer.

Hi Josh, i have a Amazon account suspended two years ago and another 5 years ago. one was suspended for not providing legal identity documents and the second was suspended for not providing sales receipts from the manufacturer of the copyright protected products . can you help me? Thanks

hey, hey, so ill try to make this as clear and short as possible. so back in October, I listed a product under 2 different listing but the same product
( without a brand name) that had like 8 sellers on them, I was going to send them into FBA warehouse but decided not too. so the next day I was going to delete the listing from my inventory but then I realized I got 2 IP Complaints. but it but I deleted the listings and it never really affected the account. then I tried to make a listing for a brand but I'm guessing I've used a company picture while making the listing so I also got an IP Violation. but also didn't affect my account. so I just deleted the listing and talked to amazon seller support, and they said its nothing to be worried about after 180 days itll go away on its own. so November 1 I was selling a product and got 2 IP complaints from a company for the same product on 2 different listings 1 listing was a single pack and one was a 2pack so amazon suspended my account. so I went ahead and messaged the brand owners (complainers) and told them it was a miss understanding and agreed to not sell their products again, so the restricted both their IP complaints. then 2 emails from amazon under my seller notifications saying (attached alone)

but my account has not been reinstated and it been a few days. I think they now want a POA for the first @ IP complaints. i have tried to email the law first who sent the IP claim. but have not received a response.

Please let me know if this is something you guys could take care of? if so how much and how long would it be?

Josh service is excellent. I thought my account was toast for sure.

But he guided me step on how to submit the best appeal letter ever.

He doesn't use a rehash template, He writes from pure %100 knowledge and Experience so each appeal is tailored and original.

Josh is the best bar none; well worth the money spent.
