Hi Josh,

Had the email come through below although the invoices I have sent are genuine.I also blurred the invoices before I sent as they said I could. Would that be causing the issues?

I'm guessing you used software to blur the invoices. Their idiotic bots have started picking this up as "manipulation" for the past few months. Everyone needs to go back to printing invoices and using a market to highlight or black things out, otherwise Amazon will screw you.

I have 3 accounts to re-instate
 

my Q is, how far will you go with battling the cases with them. Is it just one letter? My last account that was closed down was 8 months back. the others are over 1.5 years old and 3 years old.

In addition to that i also have an account which i am trying to pass verification after selling 2K euro in 2 weeks. I have an issues with passing charge method also as no charge card was not accepted.

I sold on Amazon, my account was blocked, I sold DVD discs, I sent an invoice and my account was blocked for a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice, did you do such cases? What are the chances to restore your account?
