amazon do not allow that much time , if nothing can be solved within 2-4 weeks the account is toast

the same happens if they ask to send the same docs over and over again , it is a game they play with sellers who they do not want to have on the marketplace so if they do ask to appeal again and again the account is toast

My account was deactivated yesterday due to Section 3 notice and today I have hired Josh to help reinstate my account. I will be detailing the progress and updating you all. So far he has communicated great and will be reviewing my account (hopefully tomorrow).

I was deactivated due to 3 Inauthentic claims and my Health score dropped to 56 (unhealthy).

josh is not a scammer , the problem is in amazon

they suspend lots of people where the appeal process is a formality as it is indefinite

you have to file appeal immediately after suspension , if you do not get reinstated within 2-3 weeks the account is gone for good

Update: so far it has been a week and we dont have any invoices, appeals, LOA. Dont know how long it takes to create these items but it is longer than expected.
