Do not waste your time and money, Josh is a great guy but the service he is offering simply does not work!

My Story:
This should have been an easy reinstatement given I had authentic invoices! And instead it became a disaster and my account permanently banned and my funds in it completely frozen.
I had my Authentic invoices and Josh offered to help me because I was hit with inauthentic compliant and my account was suspended. I paid for the full package ‎£399. He wrote 5 POAs which were send together with my invoices to the amazon PQ team, only to receive "we cannot reactivate your account" over and over again, to the point where amazon stopped responding. Then we decided to appeal to Jeffs team and Josh provided me with invoices and a new appeal letter, around 10 days after the submission I was hit with forged invoice and now my account is permanently banned. I though there is some special wording or secret that these guys acquired during the years of experience, but this not the case at all. I will repeat do not fall for this and waste your money on this service, there is nothing special in those lengthy POAs provided. Do yourself a favor and write a great POA on your own and use only legit invoices. End of the story is that even with my authentic invoices my account was permanently suspended. This review is completely honest and hopefully can help any potential buyers of this service!

I must also add that for the invoices and one of the POAs I had to wait more than 10 days to receive them which is extremely slow given the big chunk of money paid for this service and not professional at all. I am not happy at all and I am not going to ever buy such service on the forum no matter what success stories these sellers proclaim like this one that 93% are successful reinstatements which I highly believe is not accurate at all! Unfortunately most of us fall for this in our desperation so choose wisely.

Well you can claim that you have reinstated many accounts but I do not have proof of that. My account was not reinstated and my story is completely true and can be checked, your service simply does not work for authenticity complaints with legit invoices if yours were used in the begging it would have been banned instantly! So not a good service at all...

I have reinstated many accounts, and unfortunately with your case it did not get reinstated.
We did everything we can and unfortunately not all cases get reinstated.
There are many variables to any case with Amazon and explain this before we take on any appeals from our clients.

Just want to share my experience - I had been fighting with seller performance since last spring and had sent several appeals on my own as well as escalated and also sent 2 emails to Jeff's team. I have done appeals before and am not unfamiliar with them. I did this as a last ditch effort and figured I could throw some money at it and let another writer handle an appeal letter and see what happens. I told Josh the deal and the history of the account and didn't have any hope really even though he said it had a good chance of working.
Sent it to SP and no luck so we sent to JEff's team and about a week or so later it was finally approved. I was shocked to be honest. Josh was very easy to work with and has great communication. I changed some things in the letter due to syntax of where we are each from. But other than that I didn't make any major changes to the letter. I don't know Josh's history with Amazon or seller performance but I would use Josh again. His services worked for me.
