I bought Josh's gold service on the 5th February. He created in total 3 letters and advised who to send it to. After getting nowhere after the second one, we finally got a response back from Amazon which prompted a third letter being made. That was sent and a few weeks passed before Josh instructed it to be sent again. The next morning, the account was reinstated. I'm not too sure the exact reason why this account got banned as the original email from Amazon said it was due to inactivity, but then speaking to Seller Performance, they said there was an issue with late deliveries. Regardless, Josh created the perfect response. I wouldn't have got the account back if it wasn't for him, so I'm very grateful. Great service and would use again
