I request this merchant be removed from the forum as he obviously is unable to remove feedback due to egay's recent updates. He no longer responds to customers for obvious reasons. Also, his website reputationpreservation.com has been deleted.

eBay changed its management system for feedbacks and defects. Time is over, what they are doing in the past it could be done by anyone here

What do you mean its changed? What you can no longer remove feedbacks?

It is so difficult to do right now that the price we would have to charge wouldn't make sense and we still wouldn't have a 100% success rate.

eBay is always going through changes and we may find a new method, but at the moment we aren't able to complete any orders

Just a head up, this seller has continued to charge his monthly maintenance fee to me despite my request that he stop becuase he cannot offer his services. Going to file chargebacks through my bank, if you used him before check you account that you paid him with.

We are not able to offer any type of account reinstatement or suspension removal.

However, we are willing to work with sellers that have around 7,000 listings or more for defect and feedback removal.

Removing defects for smaller accounts is still possible but may take a lot longer, cost more, and/or require login access.

Feel free to DM with your situation so I can take a look.
