eBay changed its management system for feedbacks and defects. Time is over, what they are doing in the past it could be done by anyone here

It is so difficult to do right now that the price we would have to charge wouldn't make sense and we still wouldn't have a 100% success rate.

eBay is always going through changes and we may find a new method, but at the moment we aren't able to complete any orders

Just a head up, this seller has continued to charge his monthly maintenance fee to me despite my request that he stop becuase he cannot offer his services. Going to file chargebacks through my bank, if you used him before check you account that you paid him with.
