I used the services of the seller several times and everything was fine. But lately the seller is cheating., did not send the cards for a long time, then he sent them and the cards turned out to be not working. Doesn't want to exchange cards. I strongly advise against working with this seller.

Bought a VCC over 24 hours ago and he replied with his btc address basically instantly but since i paid he has been active multiple times but has replied to me, not a good service as others have pointed out. Unfortunate.
