seller e2free sold me a VCC that does not work.
Then asks for screenshot showing vcc declined and says
this about my screenshot:
"seems like you trying to make purchase rather then adding into paypal account for verification"

If you wait a month to use the VCC it will not work.

Add into your paypal and it will work without any issue, no such thing that if you wait for 1 month vcc not work, your vcc issued will expire on 01/21 and it can be used anytime before this date

Would I be able to use the same card to pay Ebay fee by reloading funds into the card? Or the card is just for verification purpose, if so, how can I pay for Ebay fees on that PayPal account verified with a VCC? Many thanks.
