Do you offer any services or advice on a PayPal account that is not suspended but I had my funds taken by PayPal. I had a little over 4k in funds from sales transactions that were completed on eBay. My funds were initially available but then I logged on one day to see that PayPal “confiscated” my funds. It was charged as PayPal’s damage protections or something like that. This was over two years ago. Is there anything that can be done with this?

Hello Everybody
I want to share my experience with this guy, He managed to withdraw the funds and did everything and sent me my money via USDT n all, but there was a small catch that he still owes me 1k USD that he withdrawed and didnt sent me, thank god i had taken proof of my balance before giving him access, Once he is done he also removed the Mobile number so i would not able to login again, Now he is not replying to my Chats via Telegram n all.

He did 90% of the work and then took 1K that was balance in my paypal and now he keeps giving excuses that he is on a holiday and all

Its been more than 3months and he is still on a Holiday! that doesn't sound true!

I withdraw all your balance, and it took more than 1 month because there was a very problematic account,you have balance Canadian USD, but is not USA USD, it different amount, check conversion rate.
You have all details for open your account , and can open it and check. I don't touch nothing from your account, but if any actions, paypal can blocked withdraw or something else. So you should thank for the help, and don't write nonsense

i used this guy and there was no issues. definitely its some sort of miscalculation on either customer or seller side but I doubt its intentional.

simply not worth scamming customer for 1k when he's legit

You first said that you had withdrawn all the money, and then you said that you can only withdraw USD and not the other currency (GBP/EURO).. and after that you are saying there is some balance in the account... If there is then why you cant login and check it and finish this matter?

He have Canadian USD on account, and i withdraw all
$1 usd cost 1.36 usd Canadian
but we pay his cut via US usd, and we conversion it.

I withdraw for you all CANADIAN USD, that all, you received an email from paypal that according to PayPal rules if account limited, before exchanging Canadian usd, you must provide an ID passport to Paypal, only after that you can exchange them for another currency, show this email from PayPal is here for everyone to see.
And look how long we spent fiddling with your account, I could have refused you service so that you would only fall behind, but we continued and now there’s claim against me
