Update: (Review)

Messaged Xenix on Skype, responded quickly.

I purchased a UK VCC from him, paid via Bitcoin and Xenix delivered very quickly.

My paypal card added and verification code also received within 10 minutes.

All done, used him 2nd time and I am very happy

Overall experience with seller : positive

Seller charges $14 for non-US paypal VCC. Requested me to transfer funds for him as 'friends and family' but as Paypal charges a fee of $4.99 when transfering money as 'friends and family' I agreed to pay $15 as 'pay for goods and services'so that seller will receive $14 after fees.

Received card details fast and also expuse code was received fast. Would recommend the seller

This is the second time I bought Malaysia VCC and the seller is very quick and responsive on Skype. I got 4-digit code in 15 minutes.

I recommend the seller.
