Xenix promised to replace 10 bad VCCs but never did. I contacted him on Skype and he agreed to replace the VCCs but after several days of waiting and followup messages, he just ghosted me and I never got what I initially paid for.

can i use this if im from the uk also is it one time cost for the whole yeat or are these monthly fees ?
also will i need a bank to use these and can this be used instead of a bank?

For now i sell cards only for verification purpose i dont sell custom vcc with custom balance thanks
