Hello, which of your VCC's are AVS, do you offer an AVS-VCC? And if so, I need to provide to you a name and billing address, correct?

I want to use the card to link up my Etsy account, but am unsure if I need the AVS card or just a regular VCC.

A few questions please if you are able to PM me. Can I determine the amount to have loaded on to the card and is there a limit on that amount? Do your cards work for addresses in France, Spain and Italy? Not looking to use it for ebay - just for online purchases with paypal with delivery to those countries.
