Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed?

If you email jeff@amazon.com, how likely is it that they will look at your account scrupulously? Let's say you have a problem with a specific team at amazon who is unable to help, and can only be sent through that team.

Thanks

Most of the time they don't respond to be honest.

did you try to call?

In my experience - they responded 2 out of 5 emails and both times had a very generic response just like support.

I have herd miracle stories about it working though. I wouldn't give up

Can you call Amazon without using the phone number linked to the account?

Like eBay, all you have to do is enter the # and you're good. I've never called Amazon before so I'm just wondering.

With amazon, you should probably have a phone of some sort for each account at this point.

It's not a problem about calling, it's not seller support, or seller performance, but another team which is only available through email, and gives a generic response, doesn't read the email either. They are basically like FU, I don't have to do my job.

Amazon seller support is so limited and the teams that can actually do something don't talk to you.

It's frustrating whenever something needed to be done with Amazon.

This is actually completely false and I have no idea how you are justifying saying this. It's SOP to respond to all Jeff B escalations, even if they are outlandish "final worded" because it is good PR for Amazon. They have their template that they just keep firing away. If they choose to actually consider it an escalation, a deep dive is performed.

Email: Jeff@amazon.com cc: seller-performance@amazon.com, pq-policy@amazon.com, mpowers@amazon.com

Be sure to place in the subject line the words "escalation" -- I can assure you somebody will respond.

unless its a major policy violation then you may not get a reply but otherwise, they always reply in 2 to 3 days .In the holiday season the replies were a bit slow at 7 to 8 days but they almost always reply

Who is mpowers@amazon.com? There is no mention of this email anywhere else.

There's a Jenna Powers that works there, but that name doesn't coincide with that email name.

Thanks

The day after i emailed jeff... and a executive team person said they were researching, i was suspended. The reason why i was suspended was part of the reason why i emailed jeff... After doing more research,m they figured out how i was manipulating their system to avoid bots on certain listings... I was stupid, cost myself thousands and thousands of dollars. I'll never make that mistake again, but i'll be back! :)

Wanted to update this, seems this was a coincidence. Jeff's team member actually offered to present my appeal personally to seller performance team. Which i jumped at.

Can you post your initial email and their response?

We had a prior correspondence about another issue. I basically was pissed and when she said she couldn't fix X issue..which was now irrelevant, i replied "Well it doesn't matter, they suspended my account because of discrepancy" "You now are sitting on 35k of my money for 90 days, not really fair" and then she offered to work with me to send in an appeal.
