| | | munkron | 06-14-2017 12:35 PM | Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed? If you email jeff@amazon.com, how likely is it that they will look at your account scrupulously? Let's say you have a problem with a specific team at amazon who is unable to help, and can only be sent through that team.
Thanks |
Re: Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed? Most of the time they don't respond to be honest. |

| jakobrockz | 06-14-2017 01:15 PM | Re: Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed? In my experience - they responded 2 out of 5 emails and both times had a very generic response just like support.
I have herd miracle stories about it working though. I wouldn't give up |

Like eBay, all you have to do is enter the # and you're good. I've never called Amazon before so I'm just wondering. |

It's not a problem about calling, it's not seller support, or seller performance, but another team which is only available through email, and gives a generic response, doesn't read the email either. They are basically like FU, I don't have to do my job. |

| SaiJin | 02-08-2018 10:17 PM | Re: Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed? Amazon seller support is so limited and the teams that can actually do something don't talk to you.
It's frustrating whenever something needed to be done with Amazon. |

It's SOP to respond to all Jeff B escalations, even if they are outlandish "final worded" because it is good PR for Amazon. They have their template that they just keep firing away. If they choose to actually consider it an escalation, a deep dive is performed. |

Re: Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed? Back in June 2017 I wasn’t hearing back. Now days that email is very helpful :) |
| e2free | 02-09-2018 03:52 PM | Re: Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed? I always get reply after sending email to jeff his email forwarded to right team then they replay normally 24 to 48 hours |
Re: Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed? unless its a major policy violation then you may not get a reply but otherwise, they always reply in 2 to 3 days .In the holiday season the replies were a bit slow at 7 to 8 days but they almost always reply |

Thanks | The day after i emailed jeff... and a executive team person said they were researching, i was suspended. The reason why i was suspended was part of the reason why i emailed jeff... After doing more research,m they figured out how i was manipulating their system to avoid bots on certain listings... I was stupid, cost myself thousands and thousands of dollars. I'll never make that mistake again, but i'll be back! :) |

Jeff's team member actually offered to present my appeal personally to seller performance team. Which i jumped at. |

I basically was pissed and when she said she couldn't fix X issue..which was now irrelevant, i replied "Well it doesn't matter, they suspended my account because of discrepancy" "You now are sitting on 35k of my money for 90 days, not really fair" and then she offered to work with me to send in an appeal. |

| echxnow | 05-08-2018 04:16 PM | Re: Emailing jeff@amazon.com - more likely to be reviewed? I always think it is worth the try. not doing anything will get you nothing anyway. but, definitely work on alternative plan. |

BUt nowadays, it seems like "my" own issues were solved magically... not sure what the heck is going on with their system pertaining to my own situation though | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 04:18 PM. | |
