I find that tablets don't have a full functionality with sites like Amazon that hinders some work that needs to be done.

SOmething as simple as scrolling within a scroll window.

Did you find that?

Firefox for Android works well, I don't use the generic browser.

I am too paranoid to use any computer I have ever used before. Would it be ok to go to a library I have never been to before and only do my Amazon business there?

Not to sound rude but are you that broke? you can run a new account on a cheap laptop, Tablet. I don't see why you would want to use a Computer that has the possibility of being used by a ton of people doing god knows what.
