Some new changes to Amazon, couldn't create a new account just yet, asking for help

verification has been getting more strict these days and all stores now request some form of verification

The reps are most likely getting better at reviewing these documents, hence the higher fail rate these days to get approved

since i've started opening amazon accounts ( nearly 4 months ago ) and they're asking me every single time for ID , bank statement ( payoneer for example ) for verification , and then once it's activated , i'm receiving in few minutes a message for seller performance team asking for a utility bill .

so technically there's no stealth on amazon for more , it's just normal accounts but with different names .

There're stealths on Amazon, you just need to get very carefully "creative" on docs.

same thing happens with me i make a account from my friend credit card and they told me the same i have submitted the same document again and they verified you can try and send them again

buy vcc from the market place, phone you can use google voice and receive call from amazon instead of sms.
