Escalated to Jeff Bezos
 
Hi all,

I reached to Jeff Bezos a week ago because of suspension account (Amazon PT wasnt allowed me to sell anymore), and they replied to me. I have been waiting for a week, and still havent heard anything back from them. Any suggestions/experience or time frame about this? Im so worry now, but cant do anything instead of waiting

Took them about 4 weeks to reply to me. But I was happy with the result. Hope you get what you want. GL

Probably shouldn't, I haven't found it helpful.

Just be patient.

Agree with askpin don't send them email,
Sending more and more email means you will get bad news soon

Just wait for them to reply hopefully it will be good news waiting is much batter then bad news

I agree. But after 2-3 weeks with no response, im afraid they forget my case. I read some articles online that some cases dont have replies by 2-3 months because they leave the case in dark, and leave it there.

I asked some consultant they told me to send follow up letter after 2 weeks. But I really dont know what to do is good. I have no sales for almost 3 weeks since the date of suspension.

I know you are concerned about your suspended account, it's painful, I know how it feels.
And I hope you get it back.

However, I also hope that you have plenty of amazon ghost accounts to still be able to conduct your business?

ive had success sending email to jeff but as others say be patient and i would also consider a second account as back up stealth of course i always have a back up

Any one else has any experience about time frame about my situation?

I hate to tell you this... I had an issue once and nothing gets done after talking to them for 3 weeks and on the 6th week, it magically got solved.

Well, make a 2nd and 3rd and 4th account.
Make sure you follow the amazon ghost correctly
then use a dedicated ip .
