Some asins with page 404 not found
 

It seems that some people I know are experiencing page 404 not found on some specific asins.

Seller support said it is a glitch and nothing they can do.

Anyone else with this issue?

I have seen this myself, and on the az seller forum, one member posted he had luck with getting the asin back, but sending non stop annoying emails, and phone calls, others have reported them coming back on their own, some had no luck at all. Also I am seeing asins removed now for bogus customer complaints, they just delete it from the catalog with no recourse.

That's totally normal you need to contact notice team to get this sorted it be be customer complaint

More likely it's the right owner complaint

Well, these are brand new asins according to them.
Takes like 1 day for it to happen.

"Notice" team? And these are new asins according to the sellers.
They only had the asin for 1 day and their inventory is 0.

So no customer could buy anything

Yes notice@amazon.com and many related emails address used by seller performance team who works with right owners

They normally reply within few minutes

It doesn't happen to me, just some of my friends.

A bunch of my lisitngs went missing. Still talking to seller support.

No. I like many other sellers have the same issue. It’s in our inventory. Says active. You click it and says page not found. They said it’s a glitch and they are working on it. We shall see. Now others are reporting they are separating product reviews by variations causing other issues. I have a wait and see approach to things.

Those ASIN's have been removed by amazon due to complaint from right owners or safety issues

Do you know this for a fact? Because I (the rights owner)have never reported my own asins to amazon.

so far my friend is on his 45th day and still no solution.

Amazon is being super crazy this year.

Right owner can be someone else aswell even if you own brand name
You maybe using word or image which is reported by right owner due to trademark or copyrights infringement

No, I know this is not a right's owner issue.
from what I have gathered it's a glitch that happens every year or 2 to randompeople and it cannot be fixed.

But it just seems to weird that AZ still hasn't really fixed an issue like this.
