No insult intended but you seem sort of clueless about what's going on, I think it's far more likely it's something you did than the account being somehow defective. A defect likely would have showed up right away.

There should be a guarantee for the account in case of there's no mess happened by the buyer for about 1 or 2 months , but in the mentioned case i personally wouldn't involve if it was my product , full 4 months has passed without any problems , amazon won't let him sell without verifying ID , bank statement , utility bill and invoices in case there is a selling move on the account , not to mention that amazon is asking every now and then for invoices for each item you sell on their platform .
It's better to understand what are you going into before buying a stealth account . |

His accounts not defective nor did he do anything wrong. 90 percent of the time amazon ask you for all the doc information upfront right after the registration within the same 24 hours.This includes what the op is experiencing.Us account makers know how to bypass it ,but once in a blue moon amazon doesnt trigger these request right away.Sometimes get lucky and they never ask us for whatever reason.OP was prolly sold a account that got lucky and never was asked for this specific doc request and elmo never prepared him incase it came later on.This doc request is completely normal,once again he was sold a account that got lucky enough to not pop up right away and the seller sold it before he had to take responsibility for dealing with it. |

I don't have any document. because this account was bought from Elmo. the information not me.
I have contacted elmo. he don't reply clearly.
he registered this account he should have the docs like Utility bills, Credit card. Is it correct? or when register amazon don't request?
anyone can suggest me to appeal? thanks. |

| Yes it is his responsibility to handle it.9 out of 10 accounts he has to do deal with docs anyways because typically all these doc verifications pop up on the day 1 you register.1 out of 10 times you get lucky and it dont pop up til later.Last time I checked Elmo was advertising verified accounts ,why else would someone send him $650 to sell a soon to be doomed account.The utility bill and business license is a guarentee doc request to see at some point even if it doesnt happen right away,elmo is not ignorant to this fact.Its not something the OP did to trigger,this is a doc request that happens regardless as apart of the verification process amazon does.And its been 2 years in effect ,it is not new.Basically what your saying is as long as you get the account sold before amazon sends out this request its out of site out of mind ,no longer my problem. |

Sounds like a elmo thing to say.People on here worship this dude,he would rip you off in a sec if it means he can save $30.He promised you a verified account,the account was never verified if the utility bill request wasnt done by him.Amazon doesnt always ask for it up front ,sometimes it can pop up weeks or months later,but its guarenteed itwill at some point popup.He is just being cheap ,or he doesnt know how to pass the review 100 percent any more.He dont want responsibility if your account goes down because of his docs. |

At the end of the day, its up to you to make sure you have the docs needed to get it fully verified, whether you get creative or if you purchased from any vendors. Checks for ID from amz sp can come at random times, and especially at times when you make any account related changes/sales ramp. |
