Default Amazon does not care more about having new sellers

I created a store in amazon europe a week ago
I received a suspension message in 15 minutes
but in account information it appears as 创 valid创
and active to sell in amazon
I even received this message minutes after the suspension
Dear seller,

创 Good news, your Amazon Sell account has been activated and you can now sell your products to millions of Amazon customers.

We will contact you in case we need more information创

I sent an appeal answered after 5 days delay
they saying that would contact in 24 hours requesting the documents or information, it's been 3 days and not a reply ...

Has anyone been through this in recent months
and had a happy ending?

Have you tried calling them?

The instant suspension message is surprising. we need more details on what you did to create the accounts to give you a better idea of what may have gone wrong.

Almost all amazon platforms / sites are experiencing issues with verification right now

I think they may be going through some site wide security update

Glitches and high rates of failure right now

The verification pass rate with stealth is 10% roughly last week

Have not tested recently as we been keeping our head low giving amazon time to fix their issues

Got that type of suspension randomly on 2 Amazon EU accounts still pending verification from the verification team. As your account has been verified, create a support case and state that you already provided documents and the verification team has verified them. If you still have trouble, try emailing managingdirector@amazon.co.uk to escalate the issue.

That's not true

Shops made with real info are also getting denied at a high rate

I know many clients that are not passing verification with real ID and real bank statements

You can see tons of posts on the amazon discussion boards

Saijin also recently experienced failed verification with real docs

The Amazon verification system is having problems, hopefully it gets resolved asap

I don't think real info on the UK Amazon side is having issues

Its the US verification system that has had problems over the last 6 weeks

Shouldn't be, I sent an email to that address yesterday and had no bounce back issues. You sure there is no misspelling on the email your end? The other email you can use to escalate is jeff@amazon.com.

My account has been checked 3 times. I received confirmation. Yesterday I received a letter stating that my account was suspended and ask about passport copy again. What is this nonsense? Why accounts are closed in UK, FR, IT, ES but Germany works well. I do not understand in Germany my data is valid but not elsewhere. Maybe this is a mistake.
Today I received letter that I have write action plan and will take further action to ensure that there is no problem. But I have no problem, I don't understand what the language is about.

I have also seen Amazon banning without any reason and requires a ton load of verification for even common products. but to suspend soo soon with a reason, and a delayed reply.

Maybe they flagged your IP previously for some reason,

And Amazon truly has a very weak responsiveness towards its sellers.

what are you guys selling which are not available on AMZN marketplace already?
You know AMZN has been tweaking its search and visibility based on profit,profit to AMZN,and it concluded that its own brands deserve higher ranking.

I agree.Alot of the docs people are sending in are
a. Poorly created
b.Perfectly created ,but you repetitively keep using the the same templates over and over.
c.Real documents ,but not the ones amazon was asking for
D.You only handed in some of the documents when they wanted all.
E.Your created documents dont match up to public data bases.
