Amazon Appeal after 17 days notice?
Very simple question but first a brief summary:
I was suspended due to copyright infringement complaints for 13 ASINS back in April of this year. Ultimately it was 2 listings but each listing had numerous variations.
I filled for a appeal, addressed everything except supplying a invoice/receipt of the item that was reported. Long story short, I have an invoice clearly showing proof of my rights to sell the items that I have yet to submit to Amazon.
Every time I have filled for an appeal they simply ask for greater detail on all the subjects outlined to reinstate my account, they never mention I cannot reinstate my account due to it being past 17 days from original suspension. I know they just want proof of purchase to show it was not copyright infringement. Am I allowed to still reinstate an account PAST 17 DAYS, if I state it was a error that caused this suspension and again outlined my plan of action, root cause etc? Or in other words, can you appeal a suspension if its gone past 17 days? |
